Terms & Conditions

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer a credit note for any remaining credit that has been paid to the clinic. In the case of a credit note from a pre paid package, all treatment items that have already been had will be deducted at full price. We do not offer a credit for treatments that have already been had by the client.

Appointment no show and deposits

If a client does not show to a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice then a deposit or pre paid treatment will be deducted from their account.

Laser Hair Removal Packages

When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments. You can not compensate another area for the one purchased. Full body laser package can not be split in to multiple sessions, this must be had in the same session, if you choose not to treat an area in that session you will not be able to treat it in another session time.
If purchasing in a discounted pack of 6 or more laser sessions and the client has a change of mind, any used sessions will be deducted as full price from the remaining credit as the incentive of bulk purchase has then been disregarded.

Laser hair removal

We use a world recognised high standard in laser hair removal, Candela laser. Laser hair removal is a permanent reduction of hair and not full removal. Number of sessions will be advised by the clinic but is not limited to the total number that is needed.
All hair and skin types are different and therefore a precise number of treatments can not be predicted. There may be skin/hair types that may not see results from this treatment and therefore will be advised to cease ongoing treatments but will not be refunded as this is not a predictable outcome. Laser hair removal can have possible side effects such as;
– Temporary mild discomfort from treatment
– Temporary swelling, redness in treatment area
– Superficial scabbing, crusting or blistering
– Transient or permanent dyschromia following epidermal injury
– Temporary ‘darkening’ of pigmented/ vascular lesions before becoming lighter

This can be a normal and non-avoidable outcome to be taken at the clients own risk.
